Land Search & Rescue Workshop

K9 Land Search & Rescue Workshop

Emerging from the various disciplines of Search and Rescue is the exciting sport of K9 Land Search & Rescue.

Well-known and highly respected in their work with Search and Rescue teams, Elke and Peter Effler will provide information and demonstrate exercises that are involved in a sport that has become hugely popular throughout Europe.  See the dog teams in action

There will also be land search detaching exercises that can be practiced at home and exercises to outline baselines and alert behaviours.

Does your puppy or dog have a strong play/prey drive? Can they bark on command? Are they food-driven?  Then this may be an activity that will suit both you and your dog.
