WHAT! We’re closed Again…….

Unfortunately training has now been CANCELLED for this coming Sunday 26th September,
due to yesterday’s announcement of Geelong going into a 7 day lockdown period.

Hoping all our members keep safe and well over this time.
Thanking all our members that attended training on the 19th September.Β  Sorry it was only a short reprieve.
Remember to still keep training whilst at home – 5-10mins a day is all that is needed.
